Sources Sought: 316th CES Portable Latrines Scope: The 316th CES on JB Andrews has had a recurring need for portable latrines, hand washing, and hand sanitizer stations on Joint Base Andrewss; items desired are contained in the attached PWS. NOTE: This Sources Sought is issued solely for market research purposes and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government is conducting market research for portable latrines. The purpose of this RFI is to identify vendors capable of providing portable latrines that meet the Government s requirements.
