Summary

AI-generated · Nov 05, 2025

Market research is being conducted to determine the estimated number of interested vendors capable of establishing and operating a 287(g) National Call Center using data-enabled technology to receive and process 6,000–7,000 calls per day. This is an RFI issued by ICE for planning purposes to gauge market capability and interest.

The National Call Center will be a physical location where all plant, labor, equipment, and services are provided by an industry partner, with federal employee presence minimal and limited to tasks that are inherently governmental or require Title 8 authority. It is intended to support 287(g) partner encounters in the field, assist in locating Unaccompanied Alien Children, and integrate resources and technology to reduce the Non-Detained Docket backlog.
