The facility previously operated a Bobcat Toolcat and still owns multiple Bobcat Toolcat?compatible attachments that can only be used on a Bobcat Toolcat platform; the prior Toolcat was turned in due to age and repair costs. Procuring a new Bobcat Toolcat will restore capability, allow reuse of existing attachments, and reduce reliance on external rental and contract services over the long term. 2. Scope This procurement is for a brand name Bobcat Toolcat Utility Work Machine and Bobcat attachments. The new Bobcat Toolcat must be fully compatible with the facility s existing Bobcat Toolcat?style attachments to permit interchangeability and maximize the use of Government?owned equipment.
