The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, Florida, 32827. seeks interested vendors to potentially design and construct a Mobile Medical Unit for Technology-Based Eye Care Services (TECS). This vehicle will be used to enhance the ophthalmological mobile capabilities for the delivery of patient care throughout the Orlando VAHCS catchment area. Interested and Qualified Vendors are asked to review all attachments and provide feedback on the following: Review the draft Statement of Work provided and provide feedback on how we can improve this requirement. What is your technical approach to accomplishing the requirement? What, if any, are the industry-specific standards required to accomplish this procurement? Is the suggested NAICS Code the most appropriate? If not, please suggest alternative(s)? What is the estimated lead time for a procurement of this scope?
