And to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classifications in relation to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 336211 Motor Vehicle Body Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000 Employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, Florida, 32827. seeks interested vendors to potentially design and construct a Mobile Medical Unit for Technology-Based Eye Care Services (TECS). This vehicle will be used to enhance the ophthalmological mobile capabilities for the delivery of patient care throughout the Orlando VAHCS catchment area. Interested and Qualified Vendors are asked to review all attachments and provide feedback on the following: Review the draft Statement of Work provided and provide feedback on how we can improve this requirement. What is your technical approach to accomplishing the requirement? What, if any, are the industry-specific standards required to accomplish this procurement? Is the suggested NAICS Code the most appropriate? If not, please suggest alternative(s)? What is the estimated lead time for a procurement of this scope? What is the estimated delivery time for a procurement of this scope? Also, with your response: Provide verification that your firm can provide the requested items, including past and/or current contracts for the exact or similar requirements, and any other evidence to help the Government determine your company s capabilities.
