DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a sole source solicitation to procure two(2) Fives Giddings & Lewis PT 1500 Plain Table CNC Horizontal Boring Mills (HBM) with Integrated Contouring Heads (ICH) with contract completion required in 406 days after award. Complete technical data package VIBB 22-25-1009 including all technical data, tooling, removal of equipment, installation, foundation, training, shipping, OSHA machine certification, and IUID requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Proposal SPE4A8-25-R-0009 is intended to be issued around 10 July 2025 and close around 10 August 2025. FOB will be at Destination. Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination. This is notice of the Government s intent to issue the contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A), other than full and open competition and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 48 CFR 12.603.
