This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Solicitation number W9124D26QA249 2-Way Canopy Formation Skydiving Instructor is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the United States Army Parachute Team (USAPT) who requires a dedicated professional 2-Way Canopy Formation Instructor to provide expertise in advanced canopy formation techniques that extend beyond standard civilian instruction or generalized canopy coaching. These techniques include high-performance sequential Canopy Relative Work (CRW), large formation engineering, split-time management, wing-loading optimization, docking efficiency, formation flight-path control, and advanced build sequencing, as outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The anticipated award date is 11 June 2026, with a 11 June 2026 through 10 June 2027 base year period of performance and one 12-month option year.
