The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup, intends to issue a solicitation RFQP03072500014 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE. FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin October 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup, 2600 HWY 301 South, Jesup, Ga 31599. The contract type is a firm fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award the offer responsible whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 4, 2025, and will be posted to the https://beta.sam.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. The bids are to be received no later than August 11, 2025, at 12:00pm est. Delivery will not be accepted sooner than October 1, 2025.
