NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit and subsequently award a contract for the SPARES procurement of: ITEM NAME: NRP,CAP,PROT.RCPT A NSN: 1680 016620931 PN: GC860HK1 QTY: 15 The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the Government. Even though this is sole source, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
