NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit on a competitive basis for the purchase of the following part: QTY: 6 Purchase of NSN: 7RH 5996 016878886 P/N: 2012J-100, 71250-33810-102 Item: STRUT, AIRCRAFT The Government intends to acquire these supplies using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 15. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies. Source Approval Statement applies to this NSN. This is a competitive procurement, approved sources are Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (78286) and Ontic Engineering (45934) and it is expected that award will be made to one of these firms. EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (DEV 2026-O0028)(FEB 2026))|3|The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Govern ment, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: I. TECHNICAL EVALUATION FACTORS (i) FACTOR 1: Technical Acceptability This factor will be evaluated on a Pass/Fail (i.e., Acceptable/Unacceptable) basis.
