System shall be configured and supplied with: Laser Configuration: Single (1) 400-Watt Laser Build Height: Extended Build Height (11.5") Reactive Enabled: Supports safe processing of aluminum and other reactive metals Glove Box: Integrated powderhandling glove box. Sieving Station: OEM powder sieving station for material reclamation. Safety Equipment: Specialized metal powder vacuum for safe cleaning and mitigation of inhalation/combustion hazards. Installation Services: Onsite unboxing, physical setup, utility connection, and system calibration /verification by certified OEM technicians at Fort Hood, TX. OEM-Led Training (Bundled): 2-3 days of intensive, onsite, hands-on operational and safety training at Fort Hood, TX. Training shall be scheduled and conducted only after the printer has been fully installed, calibrated, and verified as operational. Training includes system operation, powder handling, reactive metal safety, job setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
