The Tennessee Air National Guard at Berry Field Air National Guard (ANG) Base, Nashville, TN has been tasked to solicit for and award a project to include but not limited to: provide all labor, equipment, connections, and materials to repair the generator power system for Building 720. This project will involve the retrofitting of existing generators with paralleling equipment, the installation of a new generator docking station, and the extension of new and existing generator feeds. The contractor must tie the new connections into the automatic transfer switch panels. All work shall be in accordance with the written SOW, construction plans, specifications, and applicable building codes. Proposed project will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The type of solicitation issued will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of the Small Business Community to include SBA-Certified Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUB-Zone), Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Contract. CST. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include: (1) A positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor; (2) A completed and signed Sources Sought Information Request Form (attached to this posting); (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry.
