The existing sewer line is failing, with significant bowing and cracking that results in frequent clogs and soil contamination, necessitating a replacement. The base scope of work includes the replacement of approximately 142 linear feet of sewer pipe, replacement of 27 plumbing fixtures, asbestos abatement in the women's locker room, and a renovation of the affected restrooms, showers, and lounge areas. There are two options, including the repair and retiling of an approximately 2,784 sf corridor (Option1) and a renovation of the 1,200 sf male locker room, including asbestos abatement (Option 2).
