Z -- CDC Buildout

This acquisition is set aside for small business, service disabled veteran businesses. Work will be at the Annex to the Anchorage New Federal Building, located at 8th and C Street, Anchorage, Alaska. The work will be a construction contract to build walls, complete with electrical/data wiring, doors, ceiling lighting adjustments and furniture for new office area. Furniture selected can be purchased off GSA Schedule with permission from the Supply Contractor and the government. On the 12th of November, those parties responding will be issued the drawings and specs. Copies of the solicitation package are not authorized to be duplicated.
