DIGGER TRUCK LEASE

This is a Notice of Intent to issue a sole source purchase order modification using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the continued lease of a digger truck. Due to the fact that this unit is currently on lease, only one qualified supplier, NESCO Rentals, Bluffton, IN, is capable of providing this requirement. Any purchase order that will be awarded under other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
