Z--Ginsburg Mine Drainage

This contract is for the reclamation of the Ginsburg Mine Drainage emergency project located at 131 Delaney Drive, Monroeville, Allegheny County, PA. The work under this contract will consist of: 1) mobilization and demobilization of the contractor's labor, equipment and materials; 2) site preparation; 3) excavation of unstable rock, soil and debris; 4) installation of drainage control; 5) construction of a rock segmental retaining wall; 6) site regradin; and 7) revegetation of disturded areas. The estimated cost range is under $50,000. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition in 237990. The small business size standard is $33.5M. A PREBID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON 1/22/10 @ 10:00 AM. PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE TO MEET AT THE PROJECT SITE LOCATED AT 131 DELANEY DRIVE, MONROEVILLE, PA 15146. Bids will be opened on January 29, 2010. An original hard copy of the completed and signed IFB along with completed Section K Reps and Certs and AML Contractor Information Form are due at the depository in 3 Parkway Center, Pittsburgh, PA 15220 on January 29, 2010 @ 11:00 am. Electronic and/or faxed bids will not be accepted. Contractors doing business with the Government are required to have a DUNs number, register in the Central Contractor Registration at ccr.gov data base and complete on line representations and certifications at orca.bpn.gov.
