LEASE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT The United States General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease quality office and related space in Hampton Roads, Virginia consisting of approximately 16,422 BOMA office area square feet. Unique Requirements * First floor contiguous space is preferred. * Space shall be accessible to major highways and public transportation. A fully-serviced lease shall be negotiated. The lease term will be of ten (10) years, five (5) years firm term. New construction will be also considered. The delineated area is: North Boundary- Chesapeake Blvd./Norview from Ballentine Blvd to I-64 South Boundary- I-264 from I-64 to Ballentine Blvd. West Boundary- Ballentine Blvd from I-264 to Chesapeake Blvd. East Boundary- I-64 from Norview to I-264 The Government reserves the right to amend the delineated area and the terms of the Lease. Expressions of interest should include the following: * Building name, address, associated literature with 1/8” scaled floor plans * BOMA Office Area s.f. and rate per BOMA Office Area s.f. * Site plans, aerial photos, pictures, etc. of site, if new construction is proposed. Proof of land ownership is required prior to award.
