Project Title: Substation Air Filtration System To provide and install air filtration systems in 5 (five) substations located on Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait in accordance with the Statement of Work. Project Magnitude: Between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Proposals must be submitted electronically to [email protected] and [email protected] or hard copy (original plus 1(one) copy) mailed to Nicole Smith, 386 ECONS, APO AE 09855 or hand delivered to Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait Attn: Nicole Smith, 386 ECONS. The Government intends to award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror without discussions, however, will enter into discussions if doing so is in the best interest of the Government. An organized site visit has been schedule for 10 January 2013 from 0800 to approximately 1200hrs. Participants must provide correctly completed base pass information for attending individuals to Mr. Acevedo via email at [email protected] and Mrs. Nicole Smith no later than 1 January 2013. For each participant, contractors must submit a copy of civil ID and with the following: Name, Civil ID Number and Expiration Date, Nationality, Occupation and Vehicle Number, On Company Letter-head. Offers shall be due 6 February 2013, 1230hrs local Kuwait time.
