Repair Sanitary Sewer

The 56th Contracting Squadron, Luke Air Force Base, AZ intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the acquisition of sewer line repair and excavation at Luke AFB, AZ. Contractor shall: excavate area in front of AAFES optical center and cap old sanitary sewer line inside bldg 1552 and install new sanitary sewer line appx. 35 feet inside shop to existing sewer line. Work under this contract shall be completed within 30 calendar days after receipt by the contractor of written Notice to Proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 237110. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price construction contract will be awarded. The Government intends to issue a single solicitation and make a single award to one offeror. The solicitation will be issued on or about 15 June 10 with a 30 day proposal period. This acquisition will be a competitive HUBZone set-aside reserved ONLY for certified HUBZone contractors. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation and all subsequent notices and amendments will be posted on the Internet at http://fedbizops.gov. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
