Repair HTHW Distribution Lines Phase 13
Summary
The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for High Temp Hot Water Distribution Phase 13 at Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to conduct all repairs or maintenance requirements throughout, Malmstrom AFB, MT, in accordance with the project specifications, drawings and blueprints. The Request for Proposal will be available on or about 25 July 14. The Request for Proposal will close on or 25 Aug 14. The Performance Period for this project is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award of the solicitation. This acquisition is open to small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Request for Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer good for 140 days after the closing date for receipt of proposals. Potential contractors must also fill out their ORCA. (See Internet Site: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ ) The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00
