RECOVERY - DFC Utility Infrastructure Project

RECOVERY - This notice is provided for information purposes only. This opportunity is available only to the contractor AWARDED Contract No. GS-08P-06-JF-C-3033. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PRICE or TECHNICAL PROPOSAL. GSA's Rocky Mountain Region, Public Building Service, Design & Construction Division has issued Modification PS13 for the contractor to provide additional not-to-exceed costs for the Construction of Phase IV work (excluding primary and secondary water service connections) in the contract in support of the construction of infrastructure improvements on the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado. A bilateral modification will be prepared to definitize the not-to-exceed costs at a mutually agreed up price. The infrastructure improvements include sewer system rehabilitation and replacement, storm drainage and electrical system improvements within the boundaries of the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado. This modification is valued at not to exceed $3,455,387.00. This modification is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for 2009.
