HHS, SUPPLY SERVICE CENTER, PERRY POINT, MARYLAND, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to HDT Expeditionary Systems, Inc. for the 62-CV125P Heater, CV125, with duct, and item 62-CAH-134 Thermostat, Remote. The estimated cost is $ 327,000.00. The proposed contract action is for HDT Expeditionary Systems, Inc., 3200 Greenforest Avenue, Buena Vista, VA 24416-3907. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-57. Interested vendors may identify their interests and capabilities to the requirement no later than 4:00 pm EST, May 16, 2012. The Government will consider all responses but a determination not to compete this action is solely under the discretion of the Government. This action is under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other will satisfy agency requirements.
