Event Flooring Requirements
Description
The U.S. Embassy in Montevideo, General Services Office (GSO) Contracting and Procurement, seeks a company; qualified, reliable, responsible and responsive with sufficient resources to provide a quotation for Event Flooring. For a company to be considered, the company must be able to meet, satisfy, understand, and comply with all requirements in the Request for Quotations (RFQ), including the due date. Please see the list of standard specifications for the event flooring: Area: 350 square meters Individuals panels dimensions Length: 1 meter no longer than 1.5 meter, no shorter than 0.8 meter Width: 1 meter no longer than 1.5 meter, no shorter than 0.8 meter Weight: Not heavier than 18 kilograms Height: Shorter than 5 centimeters 3. Ramps: 20 linear meters and 4 corners 4. Quick assembly system 5.If tools are required to assembly, should be included 6.Light duty 7.Turf protection 8.Color: light gray 9.Material: Polypropylene with UV protection 10.Warranty: to ensure durability of at least 5 years under normal usage conditions 11.Shipping included: Uruguayan vendors: Burgues 2845, Montevideo, Uruguay.
