Pre-Solicitation Notice - Design/ Build Repair/Replace CS Facility Roof B-988 The 19th Contracting Squadron at Little Rock AFB, AR intends to issue a solicitation, Request for Proposal Number FA4460-16-R-0006, for Design/ Build Repair/Replace CS Facility Roof B-988 at Little Rock AFB, Arkansas on or about 5 Apr 2016. with proposals due at least 45 days after issuance or approximately 20 May 2016. Performance period is 300 calendar days. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials to complete the project. The contract type will be firm fixed-price with a magnitude between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS code is 238160 (Roofing Contractors) and the size standard is $15M. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the requirements in FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. All potential offerors are reminded that in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-7, System for Award Management (SAM), lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. The successful contractor will be selected using Trade-off procedures resulting in the Best Value to the Government.
