D-12 Monaco Upgrade

Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source The 92d Contracting Squadron at Fairchild AFB, Washington intends to award a sole source purchase order to Monaco Enterprises, Inc. as a result of them being the only vendor qualified to provide a Monaco D-21 system upgrade that will be able to integrate with the current Monaco D-21 system in place. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition, under NAICS code 334290, as authorized by IAW FAR 13.106(b)(2). The anticipated award date is after 15 September 2017. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the capability statements is 15 September 2017 at 3 PM PDT. A determination by the government to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
