Construction Management services for Lafayette Street side Plaza

RECOVERY ACT - This notice is for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This is not a solicitation. Information Notice: The General Services Administration intends to compete and award a Task Order under an existing local Multiple Award - Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for professional construction management services. The project specifically is to provide construction management services for a construction project that consists of waterproofing and reconstruction of the plaza situated on the Lafayette Street side of the Jacob K. Javits Federal Building located at 26 Federal Plaza (between Duane and Worth Streets), New York City. The participants will be limited to the awardees of the ID/IQ contract. No public solicitation will be issued for the services. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes only in accordance with the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
