This effort will be awarded sole source to Joseph Capetta, P.E. He is a licensed, professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in test, evaluation and design, specifically applied to armament and logistics systems. He is knowledgeable of, and has been directly involved with, the specific systemns requiriing engineering support under this contract. See Numbered Note 22.
