Summary
This is a simplified acquisition procedure/commercial item prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 and under the test program for commercial item iaw FAR 13.5. FISC Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to purchase No Foreign Nationals (NOFORN) Network hardware package in support of the network infrastructure at Navy Warfare Development Command, Newport, RI. This requirement will be issued on a sole source basis to Dell Corporation, 1 Dell Way, Round Rock, TX in accordance with FAR 6.301-1 and FAR 13.501(a). A firm fixed price contract is anticipated with an expected delivery date of 30 days after date of contract. The NAICS is 511210.
