Spinal Elements, Inc. 3115 Melrose Carlsbad, CA 92010-6690 Products: Crystal Ti-Bond Titanium Porous Coated Cervical Interbody. 7 degree Implant Parts: P21411-706 These surgery parts were chosen because in the surgeon's opinion, it meets specific needs and requirement of the patient's condition and will provide the desired surgical outcome. These are specific product that is requested by the surgeons. These product is considered all or none and in the best interest of the patient. No telephonic request will be honored or returned. This is not a request for quotes; however, if your company has information or products for future surgeries, please send your capabilities statement for review.
