Solicitation No. 75H71325Q00047 has been issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for a firm fixed price commercial supply contract for brand name dental hand pieces for the Warm Springs Service Unit (WSSU), located in Warm Springs, Oregon. The delivery date is within 30 days after receipt of order. The delivery location and place of acceptance is Warm Springs Service Unit, 1270 Kot Num Rd, Warm Springs, OR 97761, F.O.B. Destination.
